Practical product help when you're too deep in it

Your startup is stuck.
Let's get it moving.

Bring me the half-built MVP, the AI-generated prototype, the product you're too close to judge, or the launch that keeps getting pushed. I'll help you sort out what's actually blocking it, what isn't worth fixing, and what needs to happen next.

No course. No guru stuff. No 12-week program. Just practical help.

THE MESSY MIDDLE fixable
HALF-BUILT MVP

“I got farther than I expected. Now I'm not sure what's actually left before launch.”

AI PROTOTYPE

“AI got me here fast. Now I need to know what I can trust and what needs rebuilding.”

POSITIONING

“I can explain it in 20 minutes. I can't explain it in one sentence.”

SCOPE

“Every time I finish one thing, three more features make the list.”

UX / QA

“People can use it, but I know I'm missing rough edges.”

This is the part that gets harder the closer you are to it.

What this actually is

Show me what's stuck.
We'll figure out why.

I'm most useful when the problem crosses product, UX, AI, QA, and execution and you don't want five different people looking at five different pieces.

01

Show me the real thing

Send the product, prototype, landing page, repo, screenshots, or whatever exists right now. The unfinished version is more useful than the polished story.

02

We find the actual problem

Not every problem needs more code. Sometimes it's scope. Sometimes it's UX or positioning. Sometimes you've been fixing the wrong problem.

03

Then we fix it

Sometimes that means a plan. Sometimes it means hands-on fixes. Sometimes it means deciding not to touch half the things on your list.

Useful when you're saying things like

“I just need someone who can
look at the whole thing.

01

“My developer disappeared and I need to figure out what I actually have.”

02

“AI helped me build this, but now I can't tell what's solid and what's held together with tape.”

03

“I'm too close to the product. I need another set of eyes on it.”

04

“The product works. I'm not sure the experience is actually good.”

05

“I have twelve things I could work on and no idea which two actually matter.”

06

“I don't need another list of suggestions. I need help actually getting through them.”

Ways to work together

Use as much help as you need.
No more than that.

Start with one session. If the problem needs more than that, we can scope a sprint around a specific finish line.

Why me

I'm at my best in the part where everything overlaps.

I've built products, run businesses, and spent a lot of time being the person who has to figure out what happens next. I'm not the deepest specialist in one narrow lane, and that's kind of the point here. I'm good at seeing how the pieces fit together.

My own work has crossed SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, consumer products, AI workflows, model evaluation, UX, and automation. I use AI heavily, but I don't mistake “the model produced something” for “the product is good.”

If the job needs a specialist, I'll say so. If what you need is someone who can understand the whole mess, make decisions, and help move it forward, that's the part I'm unusually good at.

What's stuck?

You don't need a polished brief. Give me the honest version: what you're building, where you're stuck, and what “done” would look like.

Good fit: Founders / indie builders / small teams with something real already in motion.

No mailing list. No sales sequence. I'll read it and reply.
